Digital Enterprise Sales Specialist, Modern Work, Cis / Ukraine Markets

Responsibilities Sales Execution : Collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end to identify customer business needs and develop solutions.

Proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities. Business Value Selling : Deepen and broaden Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers.

Hunt for new Modern Work opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understanding their business and technological priorities, governance, decision-making, and budgeting processes.

Articulate the value proposition of Modern Work solutions. Scaling and Collaboration : Work with internal partners on planning, orchestration, and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. Technical Expertise : Initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, share best practices, and knowledge of competitors across solution areas.

Act as a subject matter expert to guide pursuit or withdrawal decisions. Sales Excellence : Collaborate with partners to plan for accounts, conduct competitive planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across accounts. Qualifications Fluency in Ukrainian AND / OR Russian, AND English (both written and verbal). Experience in technology-related sales or account management, OR a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with relevant sales / account management experience, OR equivalent professional experience.
