Employment Type :  Full-Time

Shift Pattern :  Day, night, sleepover shifts.

As a  Social Care Worker  you will offer companionship, support with  daily living tasks , and assistance with  community integration  activities. This role is ideal for a patient, understanding, and proactive individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those they support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for the client.
  • Offering companionship, supporting daily living tasks, and assisting with transportation as needed
  • Support the client's  community engagement  and  social integration  activities.
  • Work closely with the client to promote their independence and assist them in achieving their personal goals.
  • Provide  companionship  and emotional support, building a trusting relationship with the client.

    • Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a  Social Care Worker , especially with  mental health support, intellectual disability  and  complex needs .
  • A genuine passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence.
  • Strong  communication  and  interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to work  nights  and provide  weekend cover .
  • A  full driving license .
