Our client, a luxury hotel in Dublin , is seeking a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join their culinary team. This is a vital back-of-house role, supporting the chefs and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with food preparation tasks when required
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Ensure hygiene and health & safety standards are followed at all times
