Monday to Friday - no weekends and no night shifts

Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Executive for a hybrid role in Galway . If you have a strong background in sales, customer service, and policy management, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Do :

Manage renewals & client retention – Ensure renewals are processed efficiently while meeting targets.
Handle amendments & claims support – Process mid-term alterations (MTAs), liaise on claims, and maintain accurate records.
Sales & cross-selling – Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across all personal lines products.
Customer support – Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
Work collaboratively – Build strong relationships within the team to drive success.
Maintain compliance – Ensure all work meets industry regulations and company standards.

What We’re Looking For :

Qualifications : APA required, CIP preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Tech Skills : Knowledge of Relay is a plus.

Key Traits : Strong communication, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Work Style : Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change in a dynamic team environment.
