Our Medium Business sales cover the segment of customers also called Mid-Market comprised of accounts with annual Technology spends usually between €50k and €1m.

MB sales engages directly with customer accounts to identify needs and position the entire Dell Technologies portfolio.

They then transact either directly with the account or through a channel partner depending on the level of service and complementary integration needed on DT products.

What you'll achieve

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers' varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will : Understand the Dell Technologies portfolio and explain how complex multi-faceted solutions will benefit the overall business of the customerProvide expert guidance and direction to the core Sales team by utilizing strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend highly complex alternative technology solutionsAchieve or exceed targets by selling solutions and developing strong relationships with our partners and distributorsExecute sales campaigns accurately and promptly Take the first step towards your dream career

Essential Requirements In-depth IT Knowledge : Understanding of IT technology products and services, including virtualization, abstraction, cloud computing, and related technologies.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills, with expertise in diagnosing and addressing complex issues.Consulting and Strategic Advice : Ability to provide strategic advice and solutions tailored to client needs.Effective Communication : Clear verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, along with solid customer relationship skills.Negotiation Skills : Proficiency in negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for both the company and clients Desirable Requirements Experience in a technical pre-sales roleBachelor's degree in business management, IT or a related discipline.
