Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing roadside retailer, operating across Ireland, with a strong presence in motorway service areas and forecourt stations. We are seeking a Buying Administrator to join its Commercial Trading Department. The successful candidate will be a confident people person who can adopt a hands-on approach. Citywest-based.

Responsibilities of this Buying Administrator :
Create and drive efficient processesMaintain internal systemsCo-ordinate the buying cycle working closely with the buying team and other departments across the businessSourcing product information for rangesReporting as guided by the Head of TradingCreating purchase ordersGeneral support and other administration duties for the Trading teamExperience required for this Buying Administrator :
Minimum 1 year administrative experienceExperience in a Trading / Buying team is preferable but not a requirementHigh proficiency in all Microsoft Office software also essential (Excel, PPT)Experience within a convenient FMCG retail environment is also advantageousStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsTakes new challenges and works to own initiativeAoife Clarke is handling the recruitment for this role in complete confidentiality.
