Overview We currently have a vacancy for an EHS Administrator, the role is based on site with one of our biopharma clients in West Dublin. As part of the EHS team the EHS Administrator will support EHS team by providing administrative and clerical assistance, ensuring compliance and maintaining records, managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating EHS-related activities. This is a varied role, working as part of a busy EHS Team, ensuring the implementation of a safe and compliant work environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical assistance, ensure compliance and maintain records, manage documentation, schedule, and coordinate EHS - related activities. Collate weekly and monthly safety data and submit data to relevant stakeholders Compile EHS documents including minutes, reports, contact registers and meeting schedules Assist in the updating applicable EHS forms and procedures on inhouse safety software system Follow up with queries from other departments, subcontractors and other stakeholders Issuing documents through our document databases and platforms Provide other EHS support where necessary, such as during spot checks, permit checks and walk downs Recording and filing health and safety documentation Other EHS admin duties as needed Qualifications Relevant degree / certification 4 years plus in a professional environment with a background in administration. Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills. Good Administration skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.)
