Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the next generation of Toast's payouts platform to allow us to scale our business to the next level.
• Collaborate closely with product management and vendors to define actionable, valuable work for the team
• Build customer trust by ensuring quality at all stages - from requirements to testing to rollout to monitoring in production.
• Coach individuals in professional and technical development. Mentor both new and experienced Tech Leads.
• Grow teams to meet business needs via recruiting
