Business Development Manager - Security Solutions (CCTV / Access Control) Location : Republic of Ireland (Ideally based within commuting distance of Dublin) Salary : €50,000 - €60,000 base + €30,000 OTE (Uncapped) | Fully Expensed Car The Company : Our client is a global player in the commercial security sector, offering a full suite of access control, CCTV, and integrated security solutions for large commercial buildings and manufacturing facilities. With a multi-million international turnover, they are now entering the Irish market and are looking to appoint a new business-focused sales professional to drive growth across the Republic of Ireland. With strong backing and a long-term strategy in place, this is a great opportunity to join at ground level and help build the Irish operation. The Role : You'll be responsible for selling end-to-end security systems, including CCTV, access control, monitoring platforms, and integrated security solutions. Your target market will be large commercial premises, industrial sites, manufacturing plants, and similar high-value environments. This is a new business development role, where you'll focus on identifying and securing long-term opportunities. Sales cycles are typically longer and involve selling at C-suite and senior management level. You'll have autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an experienced technical and operations team.
