Regional Program Coordinator - Global Learning Manufacturing Division

Duties

• Collaborate with Key manufacturing site and functions stakeholders to manage, coordinate and execute the programs’ audience,
• Lead, develop, and execute project management and schedule meetings, with the necessary agenda, input, and outputs.
• Learner engagement before, during, and after delivery.
• Gather metrics by which program and learner impact will be evaluated.
• Ensuring completion of required components of a learning solution across learner audiences in sequence, where applicable.
• Communicating with first-line managers of participants about their responsibilities for sponsorship, pull-through, post-event certifications, as needed.
