Experience : 2+ years post registration

Visa : EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our clients is an award-winning achitectural practice working on a portfolio of projects in architecture, housing, conservation and urban design with a studio based in Dublin 8.

Requirements

2+ years post-registration experience.

The ideal candidate is a design orientated project architect with the ability to lead a variety of projects in Ireland and abroad through design, detailed design, tender action and site operations.

You’ll take responsibility for running projects in all parts of the practice depending on current requirements.

Commitment to the highest standards in design and practice

Excellent CAD and graphic presentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients

Experience in preparing detail design and tender documentation

Pre- and post-contract project administration experience

Working knowledge of planning and building regulations

Package
