Job Title : HR Officer Location : Dublin North Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM Contract : ASAP start - 6-Month FTC Salary : €44,000 Start Date : Immediate start required The Opportunity Morgan McKinley is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organisation to recruit two passionate HR Officers who are eager to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to a fast-paced site, reporting into the HR Business Partner Take the lead on local employee relations matters, including handling disciplinary, grievance, and probation processes Support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives onsite Liaise with managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle Ensure accurate records on the HRIS system and maintain documentation for compliance and reporting Contribute to HR projects and provide generalist support across three key business units as needed Work closely with other HR teams within the wider HR function, including centres of excellence and resourcing What We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in an HR Officer or Senior HR Administrator role with generalist exposure CIPD qualified or holding a relevant HR / Business qualification Solid experience in employee relations, with confidence handling ER issues under guidance Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working onsite full-time and being the primary HR contact for your location Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment Why This Role?
