This Galway-based restaurant operates seven days a week, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner – with this role focused primarily on the dinner and evening service.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage all day-to-day kitchen operations while supporting, mentoring, and developing the wider kitchen team.

You'll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring smooth service, and contributing to menu development and innovation.

You'll also be expected to take the lead and confidently run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring consistency, quality, and team coordination are upheld at all times.
