Role :   Sales and Finance Administrator

Location :   Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin (Hybrid working – minimum 2 days a week in the office)

Days / Hours :   30 hours per week (across 4 days)

Position Type :   9-month Fixed Term Contract

We are on the hunt for a Sales and Finance Administrator... this could be your opportunity to join the SWEET life!

You will play a vital role in assisting our sales office department in all areas of administration, including customer services and finance.

How you’ll contribute to the mix :

  • Dealing with general customer enquiries professionally and efficiently – via telephone, emails and letters etc
  • Processing orders using the internal systems and following company processes
  • Liaising with our distribution company
  • Processing invoices for Customers
  • P.O.D. control and filing
  • Providing cover for other team members as and when required
  • Processing with Goods In paperwork and Supplier Invoices
  • Assisting with Credit Control
  • Processing of Customer Payments & Bank Lodgements
  • Assisting with general day to day administrative tasks
  • Understands and complies with the requirements of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Environmental Permit as part of their day-to-day activities
  • To carry out any other tasks commensurate with this post

Can you supply our essential ingredients?

  • Advanced levels of Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to work alone, organizing your own workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Professional and confident approach to work
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • The ability to work using your own initiative and investigative skills to solve problems
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge SAP is desirable
