Job descriptionDealing on a day-to-day basis with plumbing contractors and installers. Advising customers on solutions and ensure orders are completed accurately. Identifying, capturing, and maximising new Sales opportunities. Responding positively and effectively to customer needs. Processing quotations & sales orders for customers. Processing orders at the sales counter, over the phone, and responding to customers via email. 3 years+ experience working in a wholesale environment Plumbing / Plumbing Trade counter experience is a distinct advantage with a good knowledge of the typical plumbing products.
