The Role :
The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day admin support.
Duties :
- Receive Bookings / Pre-Advises from customers via e-mail, phone, and fax
- Manage incoming orders
- Ensure orders are processed promptly by the Warehouse
- Liaise with 3rd party carriers
Hours of work : 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9am to
Length of contract : 1 year maternity contract
Requirements :
Previous experience in administration roleGood IT skills with proficiency in the use of ExcelAccurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skillsStrong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilitiesProfessional and confident manner to liaise directly with people internally and externallyIn Return :
