Senior Solutions Consultant

The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for all technical, solution, and competitive aspects of the Zendesk sales cycle.

SCs must be both sales-focused and technically savvy.

They must succeed in selling to enterprise executives and convincing C-level and director-level executives of the technical merits of the software solution.

The SC will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, and other cross-functional team members to provide the technical bridge between our Sales team and prospects.

The SC will manage the primary technical relationship with prospects to ensure customer satisfaction by proactively delivering technical information both onsite and virtually.

Requirements 5+ years of Presales experience Understanding of AI's impact on customer service, with knowledge of AI Technologies such as LLMs and ChatGPT Experience mapping RFI / RFP requirements to software solutions Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills Experience managing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts Knowledge of SaaS Business applications Knowledge of one or more of the following : Customer Service Software, AI, Automation and Bots, ITSM, Data warehousing, Workforce Management, QA, Integration & middleware Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions Solution scoping abilities, influencing product development Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree is a plus Willingness to travel Passion, people skills, and ability to work independently on multiple projects Desired Skills Experience implementing enterprise software solutions Domain expertise in specific industries Knowledge of CCaaS and related technologies Experience facilitating Design Thinking sessions Ability to develop reference architecture for client solutions Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work model, combining onsite presence for connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration, with flexibility for remote work.

The specific schedule will be determined by the hiring manager, requiring attendance at our local office part of the week.
