Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans for your region, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the retail landscape. In-Store Promotion : Collaborate with retail partners to execute effective in-store promotions, ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and consumer engagement. Merchandising : Maintain a strong understanding of category management principles and collaborate with retailers to optimize shelf space and product displays. Representation : Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships and networking opportunities. Compliance : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and journey plans. Candidate Profile : Ambition and Positivity : A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for the FMCG industry and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Merchandising Experience : At least 3 years of proven experience, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors. Track Record : A demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals, developing new business, and fostering strong client relationships. Education : A third-level qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Tech Savvy : Proficient in using handheld technology, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders. Initiative and Teamwork : Capable of working independently to achieve results while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
