In this role, you will be working for a large, well-known banking organisation who are looking for a "Project Manager-Financial Crime" to join the organisation on an initial 6-month basis.

Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery—from planning through execution—ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management : Allocate and manage personnel and financial resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Progress Monitoring : Track milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Issue Resolution : Proactively address challenges and roadblocks.
  • Reporting : Deliver regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of loan products and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
