As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery—from planning through execution—ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Resource Management : Allocate and manage personnel and financial resources.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Progress Monitoring : Track milestones, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Issue Resolution : Proactively address challenges and roadblocks.
- Reporting : Deliver regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector (mandatory).Strong understanding of loan products and regulatory compliance.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What you'll get in return
