Store Manager - Dublin City Centre Location : Dublin City Centre Salary : €17.50-€19 per hour (Depending on Experience) Flexistaff is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Irish-owned company, for their thriving Dublin City Centre store. We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the team and take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join a growing Irish brand and make a real impact in a leadership role. Key Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of daily store operations. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service. Drive KPIs and sales performance to meet and exceed targets. Oversee stock levels, inventory management, and merchandising. Maintain high standards in store presentation and operational compliance. Report on store performance and liaise with senior management. What We're Looking For : Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail setting. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a high-performing team. Strong organisational and commercial acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and busy periods.
