About the Role
Workday is looking for a versatile Deal Manager to support our Global Services organization. As a key partner, the ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Services Executives and Engagement Managers, collaborating on deal strategy and problem-solving to drive deal closure, reflecting our employee-centric values. Success requires strong analytical and process-oriented skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
In this role, you will manage Professional Services deals throughout the contract lifecycle, including deal structuring, analyzing and negotiating business terms, and proposing solutions that align with Workday's business model.
About You
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle tight deadlines with high volume transactions
Ability to interpret, analyze, and resolve issues / objections related to Workday contracting and commercial terms.
Knowledge of the contract deal lifecycle
Customer service oriented and have a desire to help others
