Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face consultations. Convert leads into enrollments through engaging, consultative sales conversations. Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, transport providers, and employers to promote driver training solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and contribute ideas to marketing strategies. Leverage social media platforms to promote services, engage with potential customers, and boost brand visibility. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer interactions using CRM systems. Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Ideal Candidate Proven success in a sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. A confident closer who maintains a customer-first approach. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. Experience with social media marketing or content creation is highly desirable.
