German Team Leader to join our team in Dublin

Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.

Position : Team Leader

Location : Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model : Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary + bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs that align with client expectations
• Maintain an active role in day-to-day operations, adapting quickly to client needs and evolving strategies
• Develop a deep understanding of client products and services, enabling your team to identify prospects and qualify opportunities effectively
• Enhance team performance by identifying and implementing new systems, structures, and processes to boost efficiency
• Foster a work environment centered on focus, teamwork, and exceptional performance
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are met, taking responsibility for performance management, discipline, attendance, and evaluations.
