HR Partner (Employee Relations)- Co Carlow- Hybrid

Cpl Recruitment are looking for a HR Partner with strong Employee Relations experience to join a Technology organisation in Carlow for a 12 month contract. Responsibilities : Partner with leaders to drive talent and engagement strategies delivering HR initiatives and programs. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Provide coaching and HR expertise for managers on the employee, performance, and engagement experience. Support with changes to policy, procedures, and processes. Collaborate with external partners to offer a positive and inclusive employee experience.
