Our client,

one of Ireland’s leading Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Contracting Companies, are seeking a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team based in South Dublin . The client in question is a leading multi-disciplined projects company who have gained significant experience across a wide range of business sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Healthcare, and large Commercial Projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute project cost and budget plans.
Lead multiple project teams to ensure contracts are completed on schedule and within scope.
Work closely with key stakeholders to manage all project aspects and maintain client relationships.
Oversee and assess the quality of subcontractor work.
Ensure adherence to current Health & Safety regulations.
Assist the project surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, with regular cost projection reports to the Construction Director.
Identify and manage project risks, collaborating with design teams to address issues and meet deadlines.
Foster and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in planning and scheduling activities.
Create and manage project schedules that align with key milestones and coordinate necessary resources.
Develop and oversee material procurement schedules to ensure they align with project timelines.

Key Requirements

Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.

Over 10 years of experience in construction or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated history of completing projects on time and within budget.

Skilled in using all MS Office applications.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly driven with outstanding management and motivational skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
