The Offer :
Annual Salary up to €33,000 doe11 months contract PAYE - weekly paidLocation : Dublin (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
The Job :
First-line support via email / phone / ticketsLogging and triaging platform issues (ServiceNow or similar)Escalating trickier issues to technical teamsWalking users through solutions, sharing best practicesSpotting trends, gaps in documentation, and user feedback
What You'll Need :
1–3 years inCustomer Support / Helpdesk / IT Service DeskComfortable with platforms, tools, and ticketing systemsClear communicator, calm under pressure, team-firstBonus if you've worked with SaaS apps, CRMs, or have a technical background
