Job description

Responsibilities

  • Physical security system design for capital construction and renovation processes. Collaborate with external consultants, project managers and BBH's security integrator. Conduct construction document review ( blueprints, bid specs, budgets) for new construction projects and renovation projects.
  • Support and manage physical security project life cycle from design and RFP through project execution andmissioning. Ensure all budgeted projects arepleted successfully and on schedule.
  • Support the operation, deployment and maintenance of BBH's global access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and inte systems. Perform periodic firmware and software upgrades on Physical Security devices and servers.
  • Ensures all security equipment is functioning properly - initiate preventive & corrective maintenance.
  • Participate in production incident management / support and on-call rotation. Resolve production incidents within SLA's and escalate as appropriate.
  • Review and analyze production incident trends, produce tech help documents, provide training to end-users and provide input on improvements to optimize the systems.
  • Ensurespliance to BBH policies and procedures on Cyber and Information Security standards. Monitors, maintains, and remediates gaps identified by these standards and escalates to manager accordingly.

Qualifications :

  • BA / BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Position requires three to five years of general IT support with a solid understanding of networks, databases, operating systems.
  • Experience with products; Software House (C-CURE 9000 Enterprise) American Dynamics (Victor)
  • Physical access control systems qualifications - Industry certification in C-CURE 9000 preferred
  • Understanding of Risk Management andpliance
  • Familiarity with a variety of access control solutions, CCTV systems and best practice in these areas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lead and manage as well as work independently
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of and ability to administer the Physical Access Control System
  • Able to work across a broad range of technologies to deliverplex solutions
  • Proficient in written and oralmunication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills and be results-oriented and delivery-driven with minimal guidance
  • Possess a positive attitude while leading working groups, negotiating when needed, and creating consensus to adhere to deliverable dates
