Company Overview :

They are a well-established engineering company based in Dublin 17, operating a busy sales office that supports both trade and customer operations. They are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Office Sales Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • General office duties including typing, filing, and handling daily correspondence
  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries and orders
  • Processing invoices, order dockets, and credit card payments
  • Dealing with customers at the trade counter
  • Arranging shipments and handling associated documentation
  • Monitoring and responding to daily emails
  • Using Opera 3 software to process transactions (training will be provided)

Requirements :

  • Previous office administration experience is essential
  • Experience using Opera 3 software is an advantage, but not essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment
