Advise clients on complex tax matters, offering strategic solutions. Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and development. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated client services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory changes. Identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation for clients. Prepare and review detailed tax reports and documentation. Act as a key contact for external stakeholders, including tax authorities. Profile A successful Senior Tax Manager should have : Relevant qualifications in tax, accounting, or a related field. Proven expertise in tax advisory and compliance within the professional services industry. Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
