We are seeking an experienced and motivated Butchers Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our butchery department in our Avoca Monkstown store . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills,  experience in butchery, administration and organisation skills be confident using computer systems to manage stock and sales efficiently

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the butcher store, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Supervise and lead a team of butchers
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality
• Handle stock management including receiving and placing orders, conducting regular stock takes, and ensuring proper stock rotation
• Use EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems for sales tracking, inventory control, and reporting
• Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 for administrative and reporting tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
