Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with SMEs and product managers to understand operational challenges and user pain points
- Gather and document business requirements aligned with customer and operational strategies
- Analyse data trends to support decision-making and recommend actionable improvements
- Map current processes, particularly around disruption management and operational constraints
- Support User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) to ensure alignment with real-world business scenarios
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and service delivery
