Kitchen Porter

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team in our new bar The Brooklyn in Swords. Get to know us : The ideal candidate will have : Cleaning of all utensils and equipment as per Health & Safety guidelines General Cleaning duties throughout kitchen and other areas required Ensure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised Manage deliveries & storage Temperature recording Weekly deep cleaning Adherence to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures- training will be provided Adherence to all reasonable requests from your Manager / Supervisor Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business; this is a full-time position and shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays Benefits Employee Assistance Program Fun staff days out % off all our sites Continual training Progression opportunities Gratuities shared.
