Overview

Senior FrontEnd Developer

Dublin based, 2 days onsite per week minimum : hybrid
Contract – long term
It is a mandatory requirement that you have the equivalent of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold the following qualification s or equivalents : Relevant certification related to React frontend development Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)

We are looking for a talented Front-End Developer with React JS experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building responsive web applications using React JS with a particular emphasis on implementing user centric designs for web and mobile application using React library . You will work closely with our design and backend teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.

The Front-End Developer must be proficient in working on Agile projects with a previous experience of MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development is highly desirable.

We are looking for an experienced React JS developer with strong technical skills to create user centric and responsive web interfaces. Necessary skills include :

Technical Skills

React JS, HTML (Hypertext Markup Language)

CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) responsive designs

Implementation of React Libraries for Wed Apps

JavaScript, frameworks and libraries

React Workflows, RESTful APIs and JSON

APIs and backend integrations

CI / CD pipelines & Azure DevOps

Visual studio and code merges

Azure Cloud, Web Apps

Build tools, Repos and package managers

Git / version controls

Performance optimisation and monitoring

Unit Testing and end to end testing

Debugging and Development Tools

Non-Technical Skills

Creative thinking and Problem-solving skills

Good Collaboration skills

Proficiency in the English language

Ability to provide hands on leadership skills

Team player with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Any relevant certification related to frontend React JS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above), or equivalent

Key Deliverables :

Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Bootstrap.

Building and debugging Visual Studio integrated development environments

Collaborate with UX / UI designers to implement design specifications and ensure technical feasibility for modern web applications.

Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.

Build reusable React components and libraries for incremental release.

Maintain and improve website performance, ensuring compatibility across various browsers and devices.

Debug and fix issues to improve performance and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our products remain modern and competitive

Required Experience, Competencies & Skillsets :

Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

Familiarity with CSS pre-processors like Sass or LESS and Visual studio.

Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git, repos and CI / CD.

Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.

Knowledge of Azure AD B2C for user management, including building self-service portal.
