The Role

As a Senior Engineer in a managed services provider company, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions for multiple clients. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality services, meeting client KPIs, maintaining SLAs based on Response and Resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing nd / rd level Support to a broad range of clients and a broad range of technologies.
• Accepting escalations from Level engineers.
• Working with the team and management to develop processes and solutions.
• Responsible for ensuring that they comply with all ISMS Policies and Procedures within Presidio and support the ISMS continuous improvement process.
