Job description

The principal activity of Overseas Resorts Limited (Premium Travel Club) is to carry out the worldwide business ofhotelallotments to tour operators. These hotel allotments relate to hotels in the Caribbean Division : Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica Main Duties and Responsibilities : Billing / invoicing of daily reservations Price and fare load Ensuring the timely collections of all outstanding payments including sending reminder letters, copy invoices and statements Daily income audit and investigation of any discrepancies Inter company reconciliations Proforma invoice and follow-up payments TTOO (Tour Operators / Travel Agencies) reconciliations Work closely with sales / operations / finance and others stakeholders to identify potential problems at an early stage, ensuring swift resolution of issues to eliminate delayed payments through email Assist with other related finance tasks as requested Assist in special projects as assigned Not direct contact with customers / Admin profile Requirements : Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail Quick learner. Ability to use a computer / keyboard shortcuts / data manipulation Positive attitude and good written communication skills Administrative background / clerical profile A self - motivated person Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must MS Office to produce extended reporting (proficiency in Excel) Resident in Ireland / Eligible to work in Ireland Full Time Skills : Gmail skills is an advantage SAP knowledge is an advantage Training will be fully provided however a background in Tourism is an advantage, Clerical / Administrative background - Experience is recommended Excel is a must Additional benefits : Employee discounts (after the probation period), Health insurance and dental plan (after the probation period), Seniority Holidays (after 2 years, one more day of holidays up to 25 days total), etc... Salary : €33,074.52 / yearly Terms : Permanent, Full time (6 months probation period). Position for 5 days per week, 37,5 hours a week (from 09 : 00am to 6 : 00pm, Fridays reduced hours) Flexitime after probation period Hybrid, option to work from home 1 day per week after the initial trial period (6 months) and 2 days per week after the first year.
