This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced engineer to join a high profile team responsible for the successful delivery of major capital projects across Dublin. The Role : As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the supervision and delivery of high-value infrastructure and railway system projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager, you'll be responsible for project site controls, reporting, and supporting the smooth implementation of civil and rail-related works.
What You'll Do : Provide on-site supervision and support to ensure project successManage project governance, assurance and complianceSupport programme progress reviews and reportingAssist in the development of project templates and guidelinesAdvise on industry standards, regulations, and safety legislationLead sub-projects within major infrastructure programmesMonitor contractor performance, qualifications, and complianceContribute to audits, quality control, and financial oversightThe successful candidate : Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplineMinimum of 2 years' site supervision and project engineering experience in construction or railSolid understanding of Health & Safety in construction / rail environmentsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work night shifts and occasional weekendsFull, clean driver's licenseIt would be highly desirable if you have : Valid PTS and Safe PassExperience in railway constructionKnowledge of Project and Contract ManagementMember of a recognised professional body (Engineers Ireland, ICE, etc.
