We follow Aistear and Solta frameworks and foster a child-led, play-based learning approach.

Key Responsibilities : Provide a warm, caring, and inclusive environment for children aged (1 to 5 years).

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with Aistear and Solta curriculum frameworks.

Observe, record, and report on childrens development and well-being.

Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all children in the setting.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and room organisation.

Work collaboratively with the team and participate in training.

Requirements : Minimum QQI / FETAC Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education.

Experience desirable but not essential.

Strong understanding of child development and early years education.

Knowledge of Aistear and Solta frameworks.

Garda Vetting clearance will be sought.

Up-to-date First Aid and Children First training (or willingness to complete).

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

An enthusiastic attitude and a caring disposition towards children.
