We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Manager to oversee our Tallaght store.

You will be responsible for managing the store efficiently, promoting the brand, and striving for continuous growth and improvement.

The role requires setting and achieving targets, with full flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the team during meetings and briefings, ensuring effective communication regarding product launches and procedures.

Lead by example to enhance team performance and exceed targets.Provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and going above and beyond to meet them.Maintain a passion for the brand, products, and customers, preferably with a background in beauty.Communicate effectively with the Area Manager and other stakeholders.Demonstrate reliability and flexibility to meet business demands, leading by example in achieving set targets.Develop staff knowledge to drive sales and support company growth.Drive promotional activities and leverage networking opportunities to increase retail sales.The IndividualWe seek an enthusiastic, motivated team player with strong selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and resilience under pressure.
