Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer
- Dublin based, 2 days onsite per week minimum : hybrid

- It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold the following qualification s or equivalents : Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service Microsoft Dynamics Business Consultant / Microsoft Power Platform Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
We are looking for a talented experienced MS Dynamics Developer to join our client’s dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building MS Dynamics Case Management Solutions with user centric design background. You will work closely with our design and business teams to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.
The MS Dynamics Developer must be proficient in working on Agile projects with a previous experience of MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development is highly desirable.

Design, develop, and implement customised solutions in MS Dynamics CMS to meet business requirements. This includes creating and customising entities, workflows, forms, views, and reports.Develop Integrated Dynamics with other business applications and systems using APIs and middleware tools.Develop workflows and Power Apps for enhanced user interactions based on business requirements.Maintain and improve MS Dynamics performance, and reporting capabilities. Debug and fix issues to improve performance and user experience.Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics CMS and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Dev Apps, and custom APIs.Configure Dynamics CMS system settings and security roles to ensure compliance with business needs and data protection regulations.Oversee SharePoint set-up, data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of the data storing and uploads.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CMS related issues and ensure timely resolution.Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, customisations, and user guides.Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to ensure effective use of the CMS system.Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics CMS and proactively suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.Participate in Agile / Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and task estimation, working and developing CICD pipelineStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our products remain modern and competitive.Experience, Competencies & Skillsets :
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.Strong background in MS Dynamics , Dynamics customer service portal, Power Apps and Dataverse data mappingDevelopment experience with MS Dynamics CMS development and customisation.Strong knowledge of Dynamics CMS architecture and capabilities. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with integrating Dynamics CMS with other systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom APIs.Experience with Dataverse, Reporting and customisation of dashboards for various business reporting needs.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.REF : EET
