The Role We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join as Director in our growing Tax department.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage complex assignments and a team.

There are excellent opportunities for ambitious candidates, with competitive remuneration and career development.

Main responsibilities : Manage client relationships and portfolios, providing solutions to complex tax issues.

Work with large UK corporates and multinational groups, understanding specific tax issues such as corporate interest restriction and loss reform.

Identify business development opportunities and meet financial targets.

Participate in tenders and develop proposals.

Deliver sophisticated tax advice, analyze data, and identify business issues.

Write high-quality tax reports and ensure risk management adherence.

Manage financials of client accounts.

Lead, motivate, and coach team members.

Seek opportunities for personal and team growth.

Contribute to business development and sales activities.

Skills and attributes : ACA / ACCA or CTA qualified.

Experience in a large practice tax department, ideally Big 6.

Strong technical knowledge and client opportunity identification skills.

Approachable, proactive, responsible, and relationship-builder.
