General Operative / Picker Packer (2-Week Contract)

Location : Waterford, Ireland

Contract Type : Temporary – 2 Weeks

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative / Picker Packer to join our team on a short-term contract in Waterford. This is a hands-on role involving the picking, packing, and preparation of orders in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure all items are packaged correctly to avoid damage during transit

Label and prepare goods for shipping or dispatch

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Assist with loading and unloading deliveries

Carry out stock counts and general warehouse duties as required

Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements :

Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics role desirable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently under time pressure

Physically fit – capable of standing for long periods and lifting items

Good level of English – both spoken and written

Reliable and punctual

Available to work the full 2-week contract duration
