Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Delivery / Project Manager at Associate Director level to join our Management Consulting practice permanently.

The role involves working with and advising client organizations on a wide range of IT topics, including project delivery, IT design, business readiness, change management, and IT service operations.

Our Technology Consultants will work with clients to deliver, architect, and design innovative, flexible, and cost-effective technology and infrastructure solutions.

We ideally need you to have the following experience : Ability to shape, build, and lead teams Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and communication A proven track record of driving and delivering projects Experience leading technology-enabled transformation and change Experience defining, mobilizing, and leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives Experience delivering large-scale project implementations, e.g., CRM, ERP across the full software development lifecycle Experience with both traditional and modern project and / or software delivery methods Ability to understand organizational technology challenges and develop strategic and tactical solutions A flexible, adaptable mindset with a "can do, hands-on" attitude Self-motivated with the ability to achieve results independently Knowledge of topics like Architecture, Solution / Business Design, Service Management, Risk & Controls, Applications (CRM, SAP), and Change Management Responsibilities : As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will help clients transform their technology landscape by leading planning, design, and implementation of IT Change Programmes and advising on maximizing IT operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Examples of projects include : Defining and delivering IT strategies and operating models Leading technology transformation programmes / projects Assisting in recovery from major incidents such as Cyber Ransomware attacks Defining IT sourcing strategies and advising on services and SLAs Implementing IT governance and operations processes (e.g., Agile, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT) Guiding clients into cloud solutions (IAAS, SAAS, PAAS) Modernizing legacy IT platforms and End User environments Advising on emerging technologies like AI, Robotics, Analytics, Blockchain #J-18808-Ljbffr
