An exciting new opportunity has become available to join a leading financial institution. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a key leadership role that will include responsibilities such as managing various teams, driving high standards of customer service, and ensuring full regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial services environment.
The Role : what does the job involve?
- Monitor, review, and oversee employee performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
- Ensure high standards of service deliver, aligned with agreed budgets and performance metrics.
- Promote awareness of the services provided by business and support strong community engagement.
- Ensure all targets and objectives set by the CEO and Board of Directors are met effectively, while fostering collaborative relationships with the CEO, Management Team, Board and external stakeholders.
- Uphold strong office administration practices and manage internal and external communications.
- Support the Finance Officer with monthly account preparation and reporting.
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning and execution.
The Candidate :
A third-level business degree and / or a relevant professional qualification.APA / QFA qualifications are advantageous .Minimum of 4 years' experience in the financial services industry, ideally including management and / or consumer lending experience.Strong people management, leadership and communication skills - written and verbal.High proficiency in ICT, particularly Microsoft Office tools, and regularity awareness.A proven track record of achievement in a similar operations or leadership role, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.The ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver outstanding results.What We Offer :
