Job Summary : We are hiring an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the delivery of high-tech data centre construction projects across Sweden. This role is ideally suited to candidates currently based in Ireland with a strong background in electrical supervision on large-scale data centre builds or mission-critical environments.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with project design, safety standards, and delivery timelines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading international contractor or engineering consultancy with major European infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors and direct labour.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all electrical installations meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Interpret design drawings and ensure works comply with IFC (Issued for Construction) documentation.
- Liaise daily with the Project Manager, MEP lead, QA / QC, and HSE teams.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site briefings, and method statement reviews.
- Ensure testing and commissioning of electrical systems are completed on schedule.
- Maintain daily site records, work permits, and progress tracking tools.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Participate in walkdowns, punch-listing, and handover documentation.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Time-served electrician or degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering or similarValid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant CSCS / SOLAS certification (can be arranged pre-departure3+ years' experience in electrical supervision rolesAbility to lead and motivate teams across multiple work frontsStrong reading of electrical schematics, SLDs, and layout drawingsFamiliar with BMS, UPS, LV, MV switchgear, and containment systemsSkilled in reporting tools and site coordination software (Procore, BIM 360, etc.)Other :
