One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Case Assessor to work within a busy professional located in Dublin-Central Park as it is a contract role.

Your new role

  • Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
  • Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller / Customer Service if required
  • Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required
  • Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs
  • Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
  • Cash handling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required.
  • Responsible for balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day
  • What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer Service experience, high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of the importance of the same.
  • Resilient and hard-working – busy work environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work as part of a team in a busy branch
  • An ability to adapt to new technologies, using our digital platforms to enable customers to self-serve
