Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Furey Smyth Group, a large independent retail group as a Store Manager in our EUROSPAR Hartstown Store, Dublin. The company consists of 8 large retail stores in Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny and Clare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a vibrant and busy environment and is ready to lead and deliver through a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities :

Day to day management of all store operations

Achieving store targets and KPIs

Ensuring excellent customer service and customer experience in all aspects of the store

Merchandising and maintaining visual standards across all departments

Stock control

Prioritising store security

Driving a health and safety culture within the store and ensuring compliance

Training, supervising and motivating a team of sales assistants

Key Requirements :

Previous retail management experience

Operational knowledge of retail environment

Excellent interpersonal skills

A keen understanding of consumer needs

Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation an advantage

Committed to continually improving standards

Self-motivated & ambitious

Computer literate
