Job Title : Performance Tester

Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester (5–8 years) to design, build, and execute performance testing strategies using JMeter. This role is crucial to ensuring optimal system performance across key programmes.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and execute performance test scripts using JMeter.

Analyse test results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.

Work effectively with remote team members to coordinate testing efforts.

Communicate findings and recommendations to technical teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in JMeter scripting and execution.

Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies.

Comfortable working in distributed team environments.
