As a Healthcare Assistant with Bluebird Care, your role will include :
Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)Supporting clients with mobility and transfersPreparing meals and supporting with feeding if requiredProviding companionship and emotional supportSupporting medication prompts / remindersCarrying out light household duties (tidying, laundry, etc.)Promoting client independence and dignity at all timesReporting concerns or changes in health to the office promptlyAccurately recording visit notes and care updatesRequirements :
You must have either :
Two QQI Level 5 modules - Care Skills / Healthcare Support and Care of the Older Person1+ year experience as a HCA and a willingness to complete the 2 QQI modules (provided FREE by Bluebird Care)Good spoken and written English is essentialAvailability :
