About the Role :
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Administrator to manage financial operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth and accurate financial processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports).
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Track incoming payments against client projects and update ongoing project invoices.
- Implement financial procedures and controls to improve efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to management.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer :
