Job description

Our childcare client in Dublin West has an urgent requirement for a HR Administrator for a contract up to the start of July. The successful candidate must be immediately available and happy to work fully onsite Monday - Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Working as part of a HR Team, supporting multiple sites and hiring managers
  • Upload and maintain new starter information on HR System
  • Screen Applications for job postings
  • Support Garda Vetting applications, ensuring required info is collected
  • Supporting new employee onboarding and documentation requirements are adhered to

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 1 year's HR Admin experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
